Refund policy
KreatorKrate is a digital product delivered instantly, so all sales are final. Here’s exactly what that means, and what we’ll always do to look after you.
All sales are final
Because KreatorKrate is downloadable software that is delivered to you immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchase, or unused licences. Once the download link has been issued, the product cannot be “returned”.
Try before you buy
We make it easy to know exactly what you’re getting before you pay:
- The live demo on our homepage is the real panel interface. Browse every preset and control.
- The full library shows genuine rendered previews from the 42-effect collection.
- Tested for Windows 11 and current supported macOS versions. Compatible with After Effects 2025 and 2026 (versions 25 and 26).
Please check the requirements and try the demo before purchasing.
If something is genuinely wrong
If KreatorKrate is faulty, won’t install on a supported version of After Effects, or doesn’t do what we’ve described, email support@freefallcinema.com with your order number and details. We’ll work with you to fix the problem, and where the product is genuinely defective and can’t be remedied, we’ll do the right thing.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection laws in your country that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such laws grant you a remedy for a faulty product, that remedy remains available to you.
Unauthorised purchases
If you believe your payment method was used without your permission, contact us immediately at support@freefallcinema.com and contact your card issuer.
