End User Licence Agreement
This agreement (“EULA”) is between you and FreeFallCinema (“we”, “us”) and governs your use of the KreatorKrate plugin for Adobe After Effects, including all files delivered with it (the “Software”). By purchasing, installing, or using the Software you agree to these terms.
1. Licence grant
Upon full payment, we grant you a personal, lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on one computer at a time that you personally own and use. This is a licence, not a sale. The Software remains our property.
2. What you may do
- Use the Software in any of your projects, including commercial, client, and monetised work.
- Keep and use everything you render with it. Output you create with the Software belongs to you, with no attribution required.
- Move it between computers you personally own by deactivating the current computer before activating the next one.
3. What you may not do
- Share, resell, redistribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or give away the Software, your download link, or your licence.
- Copy, extract, or repackage the presets, scripts, code, or assets for use in any other product, library, or service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software, except where the law expressly permits it.
- Use the Software across a team, studio, or organisation on a single personal licence. Contact us for multi-seat licensing.
- Use the Software to create a product that competes with KreatorKrate.
4. Ownership
The Software, including its code, presets, design, and artwork, is owned by FreeFallCinema and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved.
5. Updates
We may release updates, fixes, or new content for the Software from time to time at our sole discretion. This EULA does not entitle you to any particular update, feature, or ongoing service, and we may modify or discontinue development at any time.
6. Refunds
The Software is a digital product delivered instantly; all sales are final as described in our refund policy. Your statutory rights for faulty products are not affected.
7. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration or future version of Adobe After Effects.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profits, data, projects, or business) arising from or related to the Software; and (b) our total aggregate liability under or in connection with this EULA is limited to the amount you paid for the Software. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms. On termination you must delete all copies of the Software from your devices. Sections 4, 7, 8, 10, and 11 survive termination.
10. Trademarks
Adobe and After Effects are trademarks of Adobe Inc. KreatorKrate is an independent product by FreeFallCinema and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Adobe Inc.
11. General
- Governing law: this EULA is governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
- Severability: if any part of this EULA is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
- Entire agreement: this EULA is the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software and supersedes any prior understanding.
- Changes: we may update these terms for future purchases; the terms in force when you bought the Software apply to your licence.
